1. Each Guild Character who has a Bloodline is eligible to join their respective Clan within the Guild.
2. This Roster lets everyone know who is in their Clan and at what level they currently are. Clan level is based on the card points of the character.
3. Members of the same Clan (except the Clan Allies) may establish a Mind-to-Mind link during a scenario that is a private channel for Clan communication only.
4. There are bonuses between clan members at certain levels:
Guild Clan Seekers gain a +1 to clan/bloodline rolls and a +1
to clan/bloodline persuasion rolls but not charm rolls.
Guild Clan Elders change that bonus to a +2
Guild Clan Grand Elders change the bonus to a +3
Guild Clan Ancients will have a +4 on thoses rolls.
5. Clan votes will be held at StormCon each year. Absentee votes must be arranged through Ann. Characters must be of Grand Elder or higher and have been enrolled in a clan for atleast 6 months to run for, or vote for any position. If a person has more than one character in a clan, that person may only cast one ballot, even if she has multiple characters running for positions.
